Falk Löwe planned our dream house!
With many offers in the bag, we went to Klettwitz to Mr. Löwe "to compare". Mr. Löwe is an experienced, symphytic, pleasant, patient, competent, great person who responds to every wish and in the end tailors the perfect package for you. He made us an offer for a total of 3 different house types and in the end we decided on the bungalow style. In the meantime, we live in our dream house and can only recommend to everyone, go to the Hausbaulöwen in Klettwitz. Many thanks says family Cramer!

Mr. Löwe distinguished himself by a very high level of commitment, even beyond the actual conclusion of the contract, as well as competent advice. He was always easily accessible for questions. The services fully met our expectations.

Mr. Löwe brings a lot of confidence into the consulting sessions with his very affable manner. We were able to incorporate his tips and practical approaches into our planning!

Mr. Löwe is very friendly and in many points also competent. He had to take us over from a colleague in addition to his own customers. Therefore, he became responsible for us only in the middle of the planning process and had to correct a glaring error of his predecessor in the floor plan planning (planned floor plan did not fit into the building corridor!). He did this quickly, for other queries we had to wait or contact the regional management because we did not receive an answer. Very annoying was that in the planning meeting the architect found out that the floor plan planned by Mr. Löwe does not fit on the property, because he had not taken into account the roof overhang of the covered terrace. So again a new planning was necessary. Due to his mistake and that of his predecessor, our building project, which had already taken a long time anyway, was further protracted by the additional rescheduling. Due to accruing commitment interest of the loans and extension of the fixed price guarantee of the house building company, our financial "damage" amounts to several thousand Euros.
Perhaps this would have been different if Mr. Löwe had looked after us right from the start. In the discussions, he gave us otherwise a lot of information and tips.

I would not recommend him to others, because I would never again build with a company that has an upstream sales partner take over the initial support. A lot of things have to be planned twice and often the sales partner (in this case Mr. Löwe) refers to the subsequent planning meeting with a real architect.

Mr. Löwe is the right contact person for a house building project. Through his contacts, he was able to quickly find solutions and he continues to provide advice and support.
We are thrilled with him and have already recommended him with success.

On the subject of customer service:
- the initial contact took a very long time, but after that Mr. Löwe was always available.
- Mr. Löwe made house calls to us (even on Sundays!!!), so an evaluation on the office space etc. is not possible

No question remained unanswered for us. Very helpful tips and info around the topic of house construction / planning. After countless conversations with other construction companies, Mr. Löwe immediately agreed to us as a consultant of this company!
