I commissioned Immobilien Fechner to sell my detached house in the west of Ingolstadt. This was at a time when it was/is extremely difficult to sell a house, even in a prime location.
I had a very good feeling with Mr. Fechner right from the start. He took a lot of time to evaluate my house and clearly pointed out its shortcomings as well as its quality and advantages. He did not promise too much, his assessments were realistic.
He took care of everything promptly, my house did not have an energy certificate. This was produced quickly. He took great photos of the rooms and outdoor facilities himself.
The information about the further process after my house was officially on offer was precise.
As I live very far away from Ingolstadt myself, I was able to let things take their course with peace of mind.
When I had questions about documents, legal regulations, etc., Mr. Fechner responded quickly, in a very friendly manner and always competently. When the heating in my house broke down, he sent his employee to the appointment with the tradesman, saving me a day's vacation and a long drive.
He was always available and took a lot of time to answer questions. When further documents were needed from the authorities in Ingolstadt, he supported me with his connections. The appointment with the notary and the final handover of the house also went smoothly.

With many estate agents I doubt whether the money is really earned through the few pictures, texts and viewings. Not so with Mr. Fechner and his team. The support and communication was excellent right from the start, the property was really well presented with an incredible number of photos and videos and the support during and after the sales process was simply superb. Especially since we were no longer on site, Mr. Fechner took over many tasks for us and, for example, even worked with his electrician to replace spots that had failed.
