From the very beginning, we received extremely friendly and professional assistance during the purchase of our property. The buying process took three months, and communication was always open and focused on the goal; Mr. Fechner was always available. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, assistance was provided, and our worries were put to rest. Overall, buying a house is an exciting experience, and as we’ve learned, there are both minor and major hurdles to overcome. But with an agent like this and his team by your side, you’re in the best of hands and can consider yourself very fortunate. A big and heartfelt thank you from us! Should we ever face another issue related to housing, buying, or renting, we would place our full trust in Mr. Fechner without reservation.

When purchasing a property, I was looked after personally and professionally from the initial contact to the handover and beyond. There is always an open ear for questions and any problems or challenges that may arise were always actively resolved by Mr. Fechner in the interests of all parties.
