From the very beginning, we received extremely friendly and professional assistance during the purchase of our property. The buying process took three months, and communication was always open and focused on the goal; Mr. Fechner was always available. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, assistance was provided, and our worries were put to rest. Overall, buying a house is an exciting experience, and as we’ve learned, there are both minor and major hurdles to overcome. But with an agent like this and his team by your side, you’re in the best of hands and can consider yourself very fortunate. A big and heartfelt thank you from us! Should we ever face another issue related to housing, buying, or renting, we would place our full trust in Mr. Fechner without reservation.

Thank you very much! Ms. Wilczek and Mr. Fechner were not only very pleasant but also competent, professional and always available. They responded to calls and emails immediately. All documents relating to the property were professional and very well designed. I would particularly like to emphasize the commitment during and after the handover of the apartment. For me, this is one of the most trustworthy and competent real estate agents out there.
