After a long back and forth and after a house was bought right under our noses, Mr. ebner didn't give up and kept looking.
After a few months he found a house which we also bought.
Even when there were problems, he encouraged us and kept going.
He was/is always helpful and available, no matter when. If there were any questions, he took the time to answer them.
Very good cooperation even if it was difficult, well it may have been due to me.
He was open and honest when something was wrong. After 7 months we found our dream house.
I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. ebener tries everything possible to find the dream house, he always gives 100 percent if there are problems, he looks directly for a solution, we almost had our dream house, but unfortunately someone was a few minutes faster, which was not Mr. ebener's fault.
He continues to help find the perfect house.
All in all top service very very nice takes a lot of time with ambiguities.
I will continue my review as soon as we have our house.
Would go to him again at any time.

My wife and I worked with Mr. Ebner, who was always there to answer any questions we had. We could call him at any time. He was always available for us. He made sure we understood him. He pronounced all the words so that we, who are not native German speakers, could understand him. He worked very hard to get us the funds from the bank to buy our house. He took the time to explain the whole process to us. We felt comfortable working with him and he is such a wonderful man that we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house, especially those like us who have no experience in buying a house.

I became aware of Mr. Ebner through the broker. From the first conversation, Mr. Ebner was very sympathetic to me. He is available at all times and it is even possible to arrange appointments after 8 pm, which is not a matter of course.

Hello together ,
I was very satisfied with the advice and implementation.
Within a very short time I was able to close my loan.
Also, the advice was characterized by eye level and respect.
Very polite and very nice.
Such good advice and implementation I have never experienced elsewhere in the past.
The only task of mine was to sign the documents . Even with the sent documents the stamp was included so that everything went over the stage without additional effort.
So I imagine a service. Since others can only cut off a slice!

First of all, many thanks to Mr. Ebner and his colleague Mr. Schuster! We already knew Mr. Ebner from earlier times as an employed consultant. When we learned that he is now self-employed with Finanzberatung PLUS, it was clear to us that we would like to go to him again! And also this time we felt and still feel in the best hands. Mr. Ebner takes time for the consultation and stands with all concerns and questions with words and deeds to the side. One is advised and supported comprehensively. The communication with banks, the application etc. Mr. Ebner takes over and if it is necessary, also with the necessary emphasis. :-)
Even after disbursement of the loan, Mr. Ebner is always available, takes care of further disbursements, etc.. Here the customer is absolutely in the center! We hope that Mr. Ebner will be at our side as an advisor for a long time to come and can only recommend Finanzberatung PLUS to anyone who wants to feel that they are in good hands and taken seriously when it comes to financial and credit issues!
