Five stars in all points? That's right!

We felt in good hands all around, both when buying our new property and when selling our own property. That gave us security. A lot of things we had been worried about were taken off our shoulders.
By the way, not for the first time.
There were contacts to tenants, scheduling of viewings, contacts to offices and notaries, banks and ... and ... and
There are so many questions if you, like us, are not familiar with the matter. And it takes trust.

Company or not - it is always individual people with whom you are in contact. Everyone we have met at Finanzplanung in Marl is likeable and, above all, competent.
My wife and I will gladly ask Finanzplanung in Marl for help again when we have another real estate issue.
Conclusion: Absolutely recommendable!

It is nice that we can say thank you again in this way.

Super satisfied. Immediately after the first conversation you know that you are in good hands. We have sold our property with the help of financial planning in Marl and was super supported by Ms. Mendritzki and were amazed (partly horrified) what you have to pay attention to everything and what important things to consider with old contracts.
Subsequently, we financed a new property, with Mr. Mendritzki you feel very well taken care of.
We were advised openly and honestly as it should be. He showed us very good offers at different banks. We were not given false hope and were not talked into a loan. The approach is very professional.
We are very satisfied.

Mr. Wenzke was the broker we were convinced of from the beginning. He is very friendly and gave us excellent advice in every respect. The sales price of our house was set so realistically that we were very satisfied and no downward correction was needed. Mr. Wenzke was always available and took a lot of time for our questions even when he was on vacation. We never had the feeling to be disturbed. Mr. Wenzke reliably organized the entire sales process. We did not have to worry about anything.
We would have also given a sixth star, but there are only five.
We will definitely recommend Mr. Wenzke to others!

Really good service !!! Service and friendliness is here still at the top of the list.
Complicated one does not know here it is looked at the problem in peace and looked for a way.
Mrs. Vanessa Kamran has thought so much and prepared solutions for us that we could acquire our desired property thanks to this woman and the company despite Corona.
I never had to wait long for a response, not even today in the renovation phase, it is taken care of quickly and without problems!

My partner and I are very satisfied would there be the possibility to give 10 stars we would give them immediately.
