I can highly recommend the challenge if you want to stop smoking. The support from Frau Rauchfrei is exceptionally good. The format of the contact and the interaction are also very helpful. Mrs. Rauchfrei herself is absolutely competent, empathetic, interested, motivating and simply great. Everything can, nothing has to. The only thing you have to bring with you is the will or at least the idea of wanting to stop smoking.

I have really become a non-smoker with ease. I didn't believe before that quitting could be really easy, but with Nicole and her methods it really is child's play. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Challenge. Nicole takes a very individual approach to all women and their concerns. If you want to quit, then come to the Challenge and you will succeed. I am soooooo mega grateful to Nicole, the Challenge and the other women!
I can only recommend Mrs. Smokefree or SuperNici to every woman who wants to stop smoking. I was in the 18-day challenge and am still overwhelmed by the many topics on the subject of quitting smoking. 25 years I smoked and tried to quit several times without success.
Thanks to Nicole and the great group, I took the plunge and have been smoke-free for 7 days.

Many, many thanks for all your super helpful advice and suggestions on quitting smoking... for me it was so much more than "just" quitting smoking! I now know exactly where my problem was and I couldn't have done it on my own and wouldn't have figured it out. My journey is certainly not over yet and I can continue to work on it! But the first step has been taken, I am smoke-free and so proud! MANY THANKS LOVE Nicole ❤️

With the patience of an angel, Mrs. Rauchfrei led me into a life as a non-smoker. Giving up smoking with Frau Rauchfrei was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had made several attempts, including a few stop-smoking courses. However, I always lacked a contact person AFTER these courses. This time was different. Nicole was always there and had an open ear for all my concerns. The 18 days are well chosen, because it is a process and through the input / exercises every day I also deal with this issue every day and realize how necessary it is to repeatedly approach the sticking points and question them so that they actually transform.

A very wonderful and inspiring woman - Frau Rauchfrei. I was a participant in the 18-Day Smoke-Free Challenge 09/23 and am very enthusiastic and taken with the course. It's really unbelievably great what you get for the fee, including personal support. In addition, you can access all videos, hypnoses, etc. at any time after the course. I can only recommend Mrs. Smoke Free, she answers all questions, can personally explain in detail why people smoke and how to quit with ease...thank you very much for that.
