Frederik is simply a fascinating personality. He has "gone through life" scientifically and can say something about every topic and every question. He is highly intelligent and yet packages the content in an appealing and engaging way. I recommend this coaching course to anyone who wants to understand themselves and others better and bring about positive change in the world. My second apprenticeship. The knowledge I had was deepened. I was able to gain an incredible amount of self-knowledge about myself and my situation. I had the feeling of being accompanied safely and extremely competently the whole time.

Knowledge that I was able to apply directly and immediately after the first module I had a new technique that I was able to use with my coaches and achieve amazing results.

5/5 stars.
A clear recommendation for anyone who really wants to achieve great results with their coachees and is interested in understanding themselves and their lives better and optimizing them during the training and achieving results that are sustainable.

Vantisgo is not just a hammer, but an entire toolbox. And so that you don't stand helplessly in front of this case, the instructions are included and you can practise using them. Appreciation, mindfulness, respect, clarity and applicability are values that are simply alive and well at all times. I am thrilled, impressed and grateful.
