Feedback on the CTF course

The course is very professionally designed, both technically and in terms of content. The modules offer extensive and varied knowledge. Theory and practice are well balanced. Despite the online format, I feel well met and personally addressed. Overall, I feel very supported by Aline and Bruno. I give myself enough time for the theoretical content and especially for my own experience, so that I feel I'm only making slow progress, but the anticipation and curiosity for the upcoming modules is already very high. I have often heard that feelings are the key. Do so structured and with system I have not yet approached. I am absolutely convinced that we create our reality ourselves. I am very excited to see where the freespirit method will take me in all of this. It's up to me, of course, how much I keep at it and practice as well. To explore how to become the conscious heartfelt creator of my own reality is something that excites me and fills me with meaning. I am very grateful for the course to give me the tools to do this. My heart's desire is also to be present at the live seminar. Thank you very much for your research and work!

My experiences:
My life, and my experience of my reality, has continuously changed for the better, mainly also through painful self-knowledge processes. Since attending the courses, I live in a different country, work in a completely different industry, have a much more intimate relationship with my core family, and have formed some new relationships, both many superficial and some deep. I am definitely much more of a creator than a victim of my circumstances and gratefully look forward to the adventure of life that lies ahead.

The implementation and the benefit I got from the basic course and the other courses I attended was really very good. The trainers are very attentive and helpful, the exercises are "strenuous" but extremely effective.
Also the VLOG often supports me with questions that arise in daily life.
