I am 19 years old and have written my Abitur in July 2022. Since I am pursuing the desire to study medicine, I have written the test for medical courses (TMS) to get a place in Germany.
Due to the enormous pressure and stress to complete the test above average, I came across Olli. He was able to help me enormously with the topics "exam stress", "pressure before exams", "stress management" as well as dealing with fears.
During the two months, Olli showed me stress and anxiety management exercises, which I was then able to actively apply and practice with the help of BrainKinetics exercises. In addition, my self-created motif sketch, which I was able to create through a guided trance, helped me enormously during this time. The detailed discussion of the exam situations, as well as possible arising fears and problems, let me relax on the test day and thus prepared me very well for the upcoming exam.
The best "proof" of Olli's great work was the comparison between the first and the second medical test.
Together we were able to create awareness that I can influence and thus control my anxiety. I no longer had the feeling of being "at the mercy" and gained confidence that no matter what happens and how much I am thrown off track, I can always handle the situations well.
But also general topics, such as "What makes me tick?", "What is my motive?", "What type of person am I?", "What is important to me and why do I react in situations the way I do?" we worked on together.
In these two months, I was able to learn a lot about myself and work on both my strengths and my weaknesses, which I am more than grateful for, not only in exam situations, but also in everyday life.
