Very good estate agents are rare! Guthmann Estate GmbH has them! Mr. Gries and Mr. Adler worked tirelessly to successfully market my property. They kept a cool head even in difficult situations and helped me a lot. I would like to thank them once again. Yes, estate agents cost money, but selling a property is a complex matter. In my case, the decision to commission Guthmann Estate GmbH was absolutely right.... therefore full marks in all areas.

My absolutely positive assessment is based on getting to know and having my interests represented by Mr. Gries. Guthmann Estate GmbH can consider itself lucky to have taken on Mr. Gries as a representative of its interests. He immediately gave me not only a sympathetic impression but also the certainty that he is objective and fair to both sides; to the seller as well as to the buyer. Unfortunately, this quality can no longer be taken for granted in this day and age.

Profound expertise and market knowledge as well as realistic market assessment. Top commitment and a high degree of precision, reliability and adherence to deadlines. The whole paired with a high degree of flexibility, an always quick response (phone / email / WhatsApp) and a good dose of patience and calm.
