Already to the next working day a telephone feedback took place for the purpose of date determination for the inspection and offer production. On the aforementioned date, a very good and informative conversation with Mr. Baron took place in which no questions remained unanswered. Since our property management (due to Corona) took a long time to process our request, unfortunately a lot of time passed. But despite this, we were always in good contact and it was reacted on the part of HLH with a lot of understanding. When the "go" came, an installation date was found within two weeks. The "old" offer remained valid, despite higher material costs in the meantime, and the invoice amount was even lower than the offer in the end.
We were and are completely satisfied with the result and the service and can only recommend HLH.
