All in all, an extremely positive experience in every respect.

We went to Holz-Zentrum Schwab today for a flooring and door consultation and had excellent advice from Mr. Zeuke, Mr. Goya and Mr. Schwab senior. Mr. Schwab took a lot of time for us and answered all our questions.

Friendly and competent advice

If you want absolutely honest advice: Then Schwab is the right place for you. I have never experienced anything like this before. I first called and asked questions about inexpensive DIY store laminate products as well as general product comparison questions. Mr. Schwab answered me with such detail and patience - unbelievable. And if you now think that the inexpensive products have been talked down to - not at all. His openness and honesty led to me making the half-hour journey to Hockenheim. And I also received very detailed advice on site (great exhibition hall), although it quickly became clear that my very specific ideas could not be fulfilled (it was all about color nuances). I regretted that the most. Of course, a specialist shop is a bit more expensive than a DIY store or doing it yourself. But I had the all-round feeling that I was getting 100% quality work for my money. My impression: The team takes its work and the responsibility that comes with it very seriously and advises customers in the best interests of their customers. I could only give my stars in the area of advice - 5 stars (10 is not possible). I can only say thank you!
