Another repair of my headset (Evolve 75 microphone) under warranty was no problem at all. The repair was carried out immediately. As an apology, I received new earcups and a new battery. The investment in the repair has therefore paid off for me despite the warranty requirement.

I would like to share my experience with HR-KOM's repair service as it was exceptionally positive. Some time ago, I sent in my Jabra Evolve 75 headphones because the microphone was defective. The repair was carried out quickly and without complications, and the headphones were returned to me promptly. I was very happy that I was able to keep my headphones without having to buy new ones. 40 euros is a very fair price.
However, after about a month, I again experienced a problem with the microphone. I decided to send the headphones in again and asked for them to be repaired under warranty. The communication with the repair service was friendly and courteous. Upon inspection, they found several defects and instead of repairing the old headphones, they generously surprised me with a brand new headset.
I am extremely grateful for this exceptional customer service. I was impressed by the quick response, friendly communication and generous solution. I highly recommend the repair service and will be happy to use their services again if needed. Thank you very much! 🎧👍
