I would like to share my experience with HR-KOM's repair service as it was exceptionally positive. Some time ago, I sent in my Jabra Evolve 75 headphones because the microphone was defective. The repair was carried out quickly and without complications, and the headphones were returned to me promptly. I was very happy that I was able to keep my headphones without having to buy new ones. 40 euros is a very fair price.
However, after about a month, I again experienced a problem with the microphone. I decided to send the headphones in again and asked for them to be repaired under warranty. The communication with the repair service was friendly and courteous. Upon inspection, they found several defects and instead of repairing the old headphones, they generously surprised me with a brand new headset.
I am extremely grateful for this exceptional customer service. I was impressed by the quick response, friendly communication and generous solution. I highly recommend the repair service and will be happy to use their services again if needed. Thank you very much! 🎧👍

On 27.09.2022 I had ordered an original replacement battery for the aging headset Jabra 9460 Pro. First of all, it should be mentioned that original batteries for this model are very difficult to get. But on the HR-KOM site I found it! Ordered directly and on 29.09.2022 the package arrived. Thank you for the fast delivery! In case of queries, I received fast and very competent help from customer support via phone, i.e. the accessibility is also TOP! The gentleman from the support knew very well with the matter (questions regarding battery and life etc.). After this experience, I would recommend the store 100%!
