Because it helps me to understand certain interactions of mine even better. I have been dealing with myself a lot for years . But what I have only read briefly is so much explanation and I am very grateful for that. I am at the beginning but it is so exciting I am overwhelmed. Although I should sleep on it 😀. No, I am honestly thrilled and I am not in a high phase but can differentiate it very clearly and that makes it even more exciting although I am an emotional type. I know how to see the waves clearly so my ambition is to learn even more about whether there is more that influences this. I hope it was understandable. Thank you for your work it is so wonderful

The overall concept is really well thought out and offers a wealth of information, practical exercises and experience reports.

At first it is overwhelming to be presented with all of this at once. It takes time to discover it bit by bit. The structure of the course serves as an orientation for me, but the time frame is simply too dense and extensive for me, so I choose my own pace for processing/integration!

It is noticeable how much love and enthusiasm is put into this project, and at the same time there is also the challenge of presenting such a complex topic with such a large scope individually.

Personally, I find it very helpful to be able to access additional in-depth content alongside the course.

I liked the way this discourse was structured with a general explanation and a personal approach for your own chart. In addition, there were the exercises for the morning and evening routines and the interviews with experienced human design coaches. The free introduction made me want more, so I bought an extension. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

Hi, it was a great experience for someone who needs audiotiv to better visualize this and make it more useful for their life. It was also easy to understand words explanations for beginners, very understandable for me from my own experience. To use it as a supportive measure to the audiotive videos if you want to read it again after the video if you need it.
