Have had two weight loss appointments so far. Since then there has been a wonderful silence in my head. No more weighing up what, when and how much I can and should eat! It's really great! Food tastes different, somehow lighter. The desire to eat something else in the evening has completely disappeared! I eat much less overall. I feel I'm in good hands with Heidi, she knows what she's doing!!!

I would not have thought how quickly I would no longer need the cigarette.
It is as if it has been extinguished. No more thoughts of, "I have to have a smoke now. "Being free at last is an incredibly great feeling.
I had this liberation the very first time. I went to Mrs. Perschon twice in Jan.23, after the first time I had no more cravings, and to this day I am smoke-free. Thank you very much

I still can't believe what a hypnosis session can do. I did the Simpson Protocol and it did far more than I could have imagined. I was extremely expectant and nervous for fear that it might not work for me, since I drove all the way from Munich to Weiden. However, I was in hypnosis after a very short time. My session is now 6 weeks ago and something has changed that I can not put into words.

By chance I discovered the offer of Mrs. Perschon and I am very satisfied that chance wanted it that way. With Mrs. Perschon you feel very well taken care of. Before the hypnosis you are comprehensively informed about the steps, during the hypnosis you are relaxed - but not asleep, so you quickly come to yourself, after the hypnosis you are satisfied and motivated and of course you see success with your own discipline. For any question or concern, you can contact Ms. Perschon at any time and get a good answer very quickly. And even if you have a few weak days, you are pointed to your mistakes and animated by admonishing words, good tips and new power to work on yourself. I can praise the work of Mrs. Perschon very much and feel since I am in good and professional hands, the successes speak for themselves and I would always dare again! Thank you Mrs. Perschon 🙏

Heidi is just great. It is her great concern to bring everyone on a good path. In my case, losing weight. Heidi takes all her time and knowledge and really treats holistically.
I feel in very good hands with Heidi. With her help I can certainly do it. She also has the necessary sense of humor, looks individually where it hangs and gives you the necessary kick in the ass at the right moment.
I am already wondering how I can be without Heidi in the future.

I am very grateful to Mrs. Perschon that she recommended me to someone and helped us after years of suffering. She took a lot of time on the phone and advised me although she knew that we would not come, because the way to the practice is too far away from us. We would have been happy to come to Mrs. Perschon if she was not so far away, because she really wants to help someone, she helped us to find someone close to us. That is not a matter of course in this day and age. I can recommend Mrs. Perschon to others.

What can I say. Hypnosis was the last attempt on the subject of weight loss. Now it's been 4 weeks and I have lost 4.7 kg thanks to the support with hypnosis with Ms. Perschon. I am thrilled and can recommend it to everyone. I felt very comfortable with Ms. Perschon, definitely a very clear YES! Practice , the contact and of course the result, everything super.
