It was a very valuable and inspiring 4 hours, with lots of information, great exercises and a lot of food for thought. The whole topic is for me - related to my symptoms - like a big puzzle and from the workshop I could take away some new "puzzle pieces".

It was fun and the 4 hours flew by. The workshop was very informative. Ms. Gerecht explained a lot of information clearly with her clear voice, positive charisma and a lot of lightness and humor. She lightened up the whole thing with great exercises and the participants were also able to communicate. I am very happy to have participated in the workshop.

Ines recognizes very quickly the connections, so that the different issues are found in depth and resolved. I am always amazed at the many different tools she uses and love her energetic work. I remember very clearly the session with the inner parts, where we gave them a coherent place because something was imbalanced. And the last session with the dissolution of control was terrific. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ines to anyone who wants a positive change.
Her easy-going and warm manner contributes to the fact that I always felt very well taken care of.

In the workshop I got a comprehensive overview of the topic in an easy way and we also talked about individual topics and approaches. Thank you Ines for the introduction to the topic and the space that was created between the participants - it was a great exchange! I was able to acquire enough knowledge to continue working on some topics now.

I had a seminar with Ines and was very enthusiastic from the first minutes. She imparts her knowledge competently and you felt very welcome and in good hands. The atmosphere was relaxed and you felt free to ask any questions. The group was clearly arranged. So that everyone got a chance to speak. Due to her humorous manner, we were able to laugh a lot together and in general, I was able to take away a lot for myself personally.
I have already met Ines as a lecturer at the HPA and she was always very authentic and empathetic.
I hope that there will be many more seminars in the future.

Ines Gerecht is such an incredibly great companion for me. Through her intuition, she knows what I need right now and responds to me and my situation individually. She has a fine sense of what is hidden behind things and hits the bull's eye with her spontaneous impressions ... with the black turning into gold afterwards. In only a few sessions many things have already been solved for me. It is this combination of an analytical approach on the one hand, which addresses the ratio and shows solutions already there, paired with the work of the subconscious, which ultimately leads to lightness and inner freedom. And all this always in pure love and appreciation. Out of enthusiasm, I have already given away sessions to friends, because the experience with Ines is simply life-changing.

Heartfelt, close, genuine - and when the occasion calls for it, we even laugh together. Thank you, dear Ines, for your great work!

It was really worth it and the time flew by! With four participants, the workshop had a very pleasant and personal framework. I liked Ines versatility and the change between her interesting explanations, body exercises, small tasks and exchange - in pairs and in the group - very much. I was able to take away a surprising self-knowledge and many suggestions on how I can deal more kindly with my body and myself.
