I was initially very skeptical about topics related to finance and insurance. Branded by bad experiences in the past, I nevertheless tried to be neutral in the initial meeting. The consultant is very committed and concerned about the well-being of the customer. He responded to my questions and wishes in more than detail and was able to explain even complex issues and explanations in a more than understandable way. There is always enough time for appointments and the employees are available around the clock for questions.
