My coach Jana Hahnl from the INQUA Institute led me - sometimes painfully, but purposefully - to a different view of myself and my professional reorientation, and precisely sharpened my view and expression of my profile.

The coaching consultant provided me with excellent and highly professional support during my coaching process with cleverly asked questions and a keen sense for important topics. The consultations were flawless both on site and digitally. The appointments with her were always constructive, very inspiring, encouraging and empathetic in the way she conducted the conversation. Throughout the entire process, I always had the feeling that what I (currently) needed was the priority. I was able to get to know the proposed coach in advance and it would have been possible to change coaches at any time. That was a great start. In terms of content, the "high profiling", which INQUA is so committed to, hardly got me any further. However, my coach addressed this and we didn't spend much time on it. She didn't stick rigidly to one methodology, but really responded to me. That's what made the coaching so successful for me.

I felt very well taken care of in this coaching. My coach was able to create a trusting atmosphere (also in the digital setting) and describe contexts so vividly that they will remain in my memory for a long time. I found it great that in this coaching also my own values and beliefs were worked through. So I could better understand why I made decisions in the past that were not good for me. And I was able to form new principles that felt much more coherent.
Reflecting on my social skills and the contextual factors under which I can work in a motivated manner have made it clear to me what conditions I should definitely pay attention to in future jobs. In addition, my coach kept reflecting back to me what (unconscious) skills and competencies I already possess. Now I have gained greater confidence in myself to make better professional decisions in the future. It was very enriching in any case! I also take many insights with me for my private life.

My coach Sandra Schumacher was really excellent.

What helped me the most was the biographical interview, in which I spoke for five minutes each about five different stages of my professional life. This was then analyzed anonymously for my competencies, which was highly motivating on the one hand and also opened up completely new perspectives in the course of my professional reorientation, which I had not even thought of before the coaching.

Together with Ms. Schumacher, I was able to go into depth in the sessions on how to improve my situation. In addition, the genogram work was also an exciting cornerstone about values that were (un)consciously exemplified to me in my family and how these define my perspective on professional life.

She was available at all times, even outside of our sessions, and often responded within minutes, helping me further optimize my LinkedIn presence, for example, and always gave me quick and competent feedback on drafts of mine of my resume and motivation letters. Mentally, she was also a great motivational support for me in my situation. I would recommend her immediately! These were intensive weeks that have brought me a lot further.
