ITB Consulting provided us with remarkable support during the challenging implementation of a pilot project to recruit foreign skilled workers from South Africa. Not only did the tests developed by ITB precisely measure and differentiate the factors that we and our clients needed to make an informed decision, but the close, personal guidance provided during the application and evaluation of the selection tools deserves special mention.
