I thought it was great that you took us along for the whole lesson. You got us fully involved, we were an important part of the training. And when you're actively involved, it's not restrictive. And that's fun. I will incorporate more personal and private questions so that something positive sticks more often. All in all, a good training day.

Apart from conveying the important content and discussion techniques, I found it particularly good that Jörg also exemplifies sales. You can see his interest in sales, he exemplifies it and through his example also shows the enthusiasm with which you should do it in order to be successful.

I will definitely take away the fact that I listen even more actively and show interest in the person I am talking to. And not to over-text him with information that I really want to get rid of, but that you can get to the listening level much better and also stay tuned in. Thank you.

I really liked the way the training was organized, i.e. the interactive and joint design. It was definitely better than simply presenting blanket solutions and just going through them. In terms of content, the five steps to the appointment were very, very good for me. The formulations and questions will also work wonderfully in practice. Many thanks to Jörg.
