When faced with challenges, she uses targeted questions to help you look behind the façade and recognize the actual problem. She offers helpful support to clearly define goals or to cluster large goals into smaller stages. Juliana's professional demeanor, her clarity and the methods she used were very helpful for me and helped me in the long term. I am already looking forward to my next appointment!

Juliana knows how to motivate the participants to DO. I particularly liked the fact that the participants had to move during the (online) workshop in order to set body anchors and better consolidate what they had learned. This sets her apart from many other coaches, who you listen to enthusiastically but then don't do enough.

I was in coaching with Juliana for 2 years and what can I say....she changed my life in ways I never expected or dreamed of at the time I started! I came in with a ballast of problems that felt insurmountable to me...ranging from drug addiction, to anorexia, to severe depression that almost cost me my life...without this wonderful woman, I would not be here today! And that, I can say with absolute certainty!!! In my first conversation with her, I asked her to give me the tools to live again...and EXACTLY THAT, she did! I now have a huge toolbox of tools to help me whenever I am in danger of slipping.
She does her coaching completely non-judgmental.... free of bias...and that has helped me the most! I was so ashamed of my problems that I couldn't talk to anyone else about them...when I realized no matter what I say to Juliana, she does NOT judge ME, it was a feeling I had never known before! I went to Powerful Life Coaching with Juliana and I can recommend it 100%. The program is very well structured, the quality of the explanatory videos is very good and the scripts are really beautifully designed (I personally find very important, because I also have to enjoy watching the videos and reading through the scripts) The coachings with Juliana are very pleasant and bring you 100% further. I never felt pressured but rather totally understood. The support from Juliana was always there at all times. In the group calls I was able to learn from the other participants and realized that I am not alone with my issues, but that there are probably more people with similar issues. You can't not be active in the program and you will leave your comfort zone without noticing it much ("nobody will shoo you into the ice water where you have to swim alone"). I went into coaching because I really wanted my outside to finally change and I leave coaching with serenity and inner self-strength (that was never my goal because I couldn't even think that far =)). For me personally a complete success =) #

I wanted to integrate good routines into my life, and with Juliana I managed to do this in just 3 months! So now, despite an intense daily schedule, I exercise 3 times a week, drink enough water, take time for breaks and am altogether more mindful of myself.
