Kathrin's High Performance Training has absolutely convinced me. In addition to all the high performance strategies that Kathrin teaches very vividly, it is especially the tactics and implementation routines that I was able to learn in order to really get into action. Definitely not dry as a pin but an event where you could also laugh a lot :) Therefore both thumbs up!

I was a guest on Kathrin's podcast. That in itself is a firework, starting with the sympathetic invitation to the greeting to the actual meeting. Then the topics, the conversation: a colorful bouquet of depth, repartee, humor, criticism, smart questions and, to top it all off, a look behind the scenes.
Kathrin gets close, but never too close. Perfectly holds the frame, quickly the encounter has become a togetherness. It is incredibly easy to get involved with her, to take her into your heart. I'm already looking forward to the follow-up episode, which we have already agreed.

My first experiences, already in the run-up to a concrete cooperation, are absolutely positive. Ms. Leinweber picked me up very early on my weak points and immediately recognized where the need is, where I can improve. This goes from individual tips to a discussion to a holistic consultation.

In my career of self-employment I have experienced several Speeker and coaches and was on the whole always satisfied, could always take something. With Mrs. Leinweber it was different from the first moment. She convinced me before it really started.
