I have been practicing yoga with Katja at Yoga del Sol for many years and I am thrilled with the way she builds her classes, responds to everyone individually and leaves me grounded and centered after the yoga practice.

The retreat took place in a beautiful location. The yoga classes were well distributed. You had time for yourself, for hiking, etc. Katja always gets to the heart of the matter. You clear your head and can get back to your everyday life. Keep up the good work!

Katja impressed with her competence and authenticity. The lessons were not overloaded and Katja paid particular attention to the execution of the asanas. I felt that I was in good hands.

Katja is a wonderful yoga teacher who, with her unique voice, always places the respective asanas in their philosophical and practical life context, so that at the end of the yoga classes an absolutely relaxed "all-round experience" is possible. I experience this every time in the studio in Hersel - the retreat was therefore a very special experience, as the positive effect of the studio experience made it possible to step out of everyday life over a longer period of time.
The weekend retreat had the effect of a longer vacation for me, even though it was only 2 days. The group, the tranquillity, the house and the overall atmosphere were very pleasant and - in combination with Katja's sensitive yoga sessions - enabled me to unwind in a way that I have rarely experienced. I warmly recommend anyone thinking about a retreat to book one with Katja! Many thanks to you, Katja!

An incredibly enriching week. Katja has a special way of practicing yoga - always with lots of impulses and everyone can pick out the best for themselves. The harmony with the assistant Teresa, who was there for the first time this time, was also perfect. It was my first time on a yoga retreat with Katja and I would go again in a heartbeat. I was lucky enough to meet a super great group that was harmonious and open-minded. A wonderful time!

The yoga retreat on Mallorca is an unforgettable experience. Katja leads the yoga sessions in her own special way, so that everyone can take part in the exercises according to their personal "level". As a beginner, this was very good for me. Thanks to Katja, I rediscovered yoga and got to know it as a philosophy of life. Her wonderful assistant Teresa did an excellent job of accompanying the yoga classes. The Son Manera location is in a rural setting and designed with great attention to detail. If you are looking for a special retreat, Katja from Yoga del Sol is the first address you should look at. The retreat with Katja was a beautiful and intense experience. The yoga sessions were touching on all levels. It was good to start the day with an extensive yoga session and end it with yin yoga.
The facility and the food were also great and I felt completely comfortable.

I really enjoyed the yoga weekend in Hunsrück. In addition to a great group and appealing accommodation, Katja has led competently and committed through the yoga classes. You can feel her concentrated experience. Katja gave us many impulses through the exercises and explanations.

Katja's highly professional design of the retreat with exercises, meditations, thought-provoking suggestions and musical accompaniment creates a great space for an intensive self-awareness as well as exchange with the other participants. Location and accommodation are very good and suitable.
