My personal experience with Klick Tipp and their support team was extremely helpful, and Ben from the support team helped me a lot to get my email program working again. The issue involved DKIM, signatures, and the sender address, and I am grateful that Klick Tipp has such excellent support staff who really provide assistance and solve problems so that I can get back to work. I wouldn't want to be without KT! The tool itself ALWAYS runs smoothly, which is extremely important given the number of contacts that come through the campaigns in the webinar or newsletter.
