I had shared a technical issue with support in writing, and after some back-and-forth, Marcel suggested we have a quick one-on-one conversation. During that conversation, the issue was identified and resolved very quickly.

That’s amazing customer service—something other German providers don’t even come close to offering, even at twice the price—and I’m “just” a Premium customer…

Fast, very personalized support—often more than expected—and they’re very, very easy to reach. There are a variety of communication channels. They don’t just refer you to tutorials that aren’t helpful, which is something I’ve experienced elsewhere. It’s excellent, especially for beginners like me. Getting the hang of the system is a bit of a challenge and not entirely intuitive—but you have to learn your way around every system.

Tom from Customer Support resolved the issue directly with me during a Zoom call in less than 10 minutes by showing me and explaining what I needed to do. Thank you so much! Yesterday, I ran into a major, complicated problem right before my launch. Even though I’m an experienced Klicktipp user, I just couldn’t figure it out, and time was running out. Within minutes, I got a call, and two wonderful Klicktipp team members, Mike and Tom, jumped right in to help until everything was running smoothly. And today I got another call checking in to see if everything was going well.
You can’t get better customer service than that.
5 stars aren’t enough—I’d love to give more. :))
