We use KlickTipp for our weekly newsletter. For months, our website form had been receiving hundreds of bot sign-ups with unfamiliar email addresses. I had already analyzed the issue thoroughly and described it in detail to support. Marcel took a serious look at the issue and provided us with the right solution. He also answered my follow-up questions clearly and comprehensively. Since the solution was implemented, we haven’t received a single bot registration. Fast, competent, and on an equal footing: that’s exactly the kind of support you want!

I had shared a technical issue with support in writing, and after some back-and-forth, Marcel suggested we have a quick one-on-one conversation. During that conversation, the issue was identified and resolved very quickly.

That’s amazing customer service—something other German providers don’t even come close to offering, even at twice the price—and I’m “just” a Premium customer…

Fast, very personalized support—often more than expected—and they’re very, very easy to reach. There are a variety of communication channels. They don’t just refer you to tutorials that aren’t helpful, which is something I’ve experienced elsewhere. It’s excellent, especially for beginners like me. Getting the hang of the system is a bit of a challenge and not entirely intuitive—but you have to learn your way around every system.

Tom from Customer Support resolved the issue directly with me during a Zoom call in less than 10 minutes by showing me and explaining what I needed to do. Thank you so much!
