I had an issue with a campaign in my client’s Klicktipp account that I couldn’t resolve on my own. Tom from Customer Support resolved the issue directly with me during a Zoom call in less than 10 minutes by showing me and explaining what I needed to do. Thank you so much! In general, the customer support team is always knowledgeable and responds promptly; most of my questions were also resolved via email.

Yesterday, I ran into a major, complicated problem right before my launch. Even though I’m an experienced Klicktipp user, I just couldn’t figure it out, and time was running out. Within minutes, I got a call, and two wonderful Klicktipp team members, Mike and Tom, jumped right in to help until everything was running smoothly. And today I got another call checking in to see if everything was going well.
You can’t get better customer service than that.
5 stars aren’t enough—I’d love to give more. :))
