Mein Beratungsgespräch und der nachfolgende Prozess (Vertragsanpassung, Erstellung neuer Verträge) wurde federführend von einem Azubi geführt, immer unter Aufsicht von Herrn Kretschmer. Das hat mir ein sehr gutes Gefühl gegeben und zeigt auch, dass sich diese Agentur für eine gute Ausbildung des Nachwuchses einsetzt. Anfragen meinerseits werden umfassend und zügig beantwortet. Ich fühle mich rundum gut beraten.
