It was always a highlight when I had a training session with power woman Ksenia Beckmann. She understood my physical preloads (scoliosis, rectus diastasis) and always took them into account. In addition, she stretched me after every training session, because some of my muscles are quite shortened. I learned a lot about my body with her because she has an incredible amount of knowledge about anatomy. More than any other trainer I've had so far. What I also found particularly good was that she never reproached me, but always motivated me, even when I had a not so diligent phase.

The weekly appointment with Ksenia was always a highlight for me. She has a warm and positive charisma, is always in a good mood and has always managed to get me out of motivational lows and similar problems. After pregnancy and childbirth I was really physically exhausted, Ksenia responded to my individual needs very sensitively and flexibly and always gave me the feeling that I too could get fit again. Even after exhausting nights with the baby and later toddler, I felt much better after every session with her.
