I have come to know Ms. Heckelmann-Kuhn as an extremely professional and reliable real estate agent. I would particularly like to highlight her quick and straightforward communication; she always responds to messages promptly. She is very attentive to personal circumstances and always strives to find suitable appointments. It is clear that it is important to her that both sides feel well taken care of.

She also describes the apartments in great detail and transparently, clearly highlighting all the relevant advantages. If you have any questions or uncertainties, she takes the time to explain everything in detail and clarifies any open issues immediately. She ensures that no questions remain unanswered. I felt very well looked after throughout the entire process and can recommend Ms. Heckelmann-Kuhn without reservation.

Frau Heckelmann-Kuhn was professional, courteous and was able to communicate well with my husband in English. She was informed well about the property. She also was very accommodating in regards to our special financial situation involving the USA. She took her time explaining the German real estate purchase process to us in detail. She was easily reachable for any questions we had.

I was planning to sell my weekend house in the Rhön region with the competent support of Ms. Kuhn. At the viewing appointment, however, I told Ms. Kuhn that I already had a potential buyer. This one has finally bought the WEH. I would like to emphasize here that the short, but regardless of that, very friendly and competent advice from Ms. Kuhn would certainly have led to a successful sale.
