Landhausmöbel-Shop

Ms. Irmard Tersek, yes, that’s right—you had an appointment for 1:00 p.m., and you were already there at 12:50 p.m.! Unfortunately, I was unable to make it at the last minute! When you made the appointment, you unfortunately didn’t provide any phone number where I could reach you. My substitute, Mr. Thomas Siegl, informed me that he would be a few minutes late. So I sent my wife from home to the store so you could come in at 1:05 p.m., because it was very hot and I wanted to spare you from waiting in the sun! My colleague was then verifiably there 5 minutes later; the “Recamieren Chiemgau,” “Garmisch,” and “Wallis” models you’d inquired about for the appointment were ready for you in the back of the photo room! The “Anton,” “Wallis,” “Davos,” and “Sterzing” armchairs were also on display! According to the video surveillance, you had already left by 1:08 p.m. I can’t understand how, with a trip of over 200 km and an appointment at 1:00 p.m., you didn’t have even 15 minutes to spare! As a gesture of goodwill, I promised you via email free delivery with no shipping charges—which would have saved you 180 euros. No response to the email! Instead, I receive a review like this without any warning. I’m very disappointed in you. What a shame!

We have received your feedback and thank you for it.

We are very pleased that you like the seating area and the upholstery, and that you were impressed by our customer service.

We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again.

Thank you very much—I’m truly glad I was able to assist you well. It’s always a pleasure to receive such kind feedback on our work and to pass it on to our valued employees. Please let me know if there’s ever anything else I can do for you. Best regards to the Nuremberg area!

Warm regards to Ensdorf, Austria, and many thanks for your kind feedback, which we’re very happy to receive here. We’ve been seeing a growing number of customers in Austria for years now, which shows that the selection of country-style furniture in local furniture stores has also declined significantly! Thank you for your kind recommendation from beautiful Austria! Christian Hasenknopf and the Landhausmoebel-shop.de TEAM!
