We do something that is rare in the insurance industry: we focus on just one topic. When it comes to the right health insurance for children, we have unique expertise and a very special wealth of experience. That's why we set out in 2014 to create solutions for expectant and young parents. Since then, we've done nothing else.
The advice was very good and detailed, we are satisfied with the tariff we took out. A major point of criticism is the payment of the cashback, for which there is an agreement. The payout was about 3 months late. Overall, however, I would still recommend them, as the advice was very good and personal.
Some people should rethink their career choice!
Had a consultation about a possible children's insurance. The employee giving the advice showed extremely unprofessional behavior when his wishes and suggestions were not taken into account. He reacted in an insulted manner and advised that it was unfair that I would not purchase the insurance through him - when he had taken 20 minutes and answered my questions. Gaining insight by evoking a guilty conscience? That is really very unprofessional!
Very attentive until the contract was signed, after that a bit quieter and waited 6 months for the cashback, only after several inquiries was it paid out
We were looking for a private health insurance for our newborn. The entire consultation and conclusion took place online. The presented insurers and tariffs seemed plausible and provided quite different options (bzg. prices and benefits). In a consultation, the pros and cons were discussed very well.
Since our son was born prematurely, we were then unfortunately denied the choice of insurer and we had to choose a (my) tariff with my insurer. From there, we can not properly assess some benefits.
Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with the experience.
That the commission is shared with the customer is a great thing.
Thanks to the excellent advice I received, I quickly found a health insurance policy for my children. The conclusion of the contract went smoothly and quickly, so that the desired start date of the insurance could be met.

Only when I had a query about the tipster cashback did I only receive a response after 4 weeks, despite several queries. Otherwise, highly recommended.
What it was explicitly due to that not a single process could take place without repeated reminders and inquiries, I do not know.
In any case, it was exhausting and I would take care of everything directly on my own next time.
However, the friendliness was always maintained.
The advice and the conclusion of the insurance was okay so far. Not outstandingly good, but not really bad either.

However, the customer service is poor, especially after conclusion. Specifically with me it was about the cashback. There was no feedback by phone or email.
Only after announcing further steps, the managing director intervened and regulate it promt and uncomplicated.
In July 2022 concluded an insurance policy through this and to date have not received the agreed cashback despite multiple emails and calls.
Therefore, unfortunately, not recommended, you also get no feedback on the reminders for payment. Unfortunately, one is simply ignored.
We will soon have to see how we get the agreed cashback. Very sad!
The mediation went quickly.
The promised cashback premium with which the company advertises, has not been paid out to date (8 months), despite multiple contacts in this regard by e-mail and telephone. On the phone I was repeatedly "waved off", my e-mails no longer answered.
From my point of view, therefore, unserious and not to be recommended.
In the meantime, I have initiated a legal dunning procedure.
The advice was very good. We are very satisfied with the services of the selected private insurance (Barmenia). Only the billing of benefits takes a very long time with Barmenia. Otherwise everything is top. Keep it up.
