Great contact persons and lovely housekeepers. They always catered to my wishes as much as possible and always tried to send a replacement if I was unavailable. Dealing with my daughter and my dog was great. I was able to concentrate 100% on my recovery. Should I need domestic help again, you will be my first port of call. Thank you for everything. <3

My mother needed help very quickly & already on the phone they worked well hand in hand.even the assigned health insurance company AOK Nord supported by arranging the direct billing.my mother therefore had nothing to do with the finances & how can not judge the price-performance ratio.however, my mom judged the helping hands &was very, very satisfied.there was only one day in the 4 weeks with two support days each where my mother was a little unhappy, due to the fact that the help otherwise has other functions.but even this problem was solved quickly and well.by phone & via WhatsApp I was able to direct everything well for my mother.three great places worked great: My mother,the clerk at the AOK & of course the lerali office with their busy bees .in this day and age a great and loving support that we needed very much. Thank you ❣️

The organization was great, very fast callbacks and mail responses. The confirmation of the health insurance was obtained super fast. My domestic help was great, did everything I asked her to do and was always in a good mood and sympathetic. In the event of damage (household help has accidentally broken something) has also lerali reimbursed the costs, this took longer, but was all reimbursed. I was completely satisfied, thank you very much. I can recommend Lerali without reservation!
