Professional, friendly. Great product, tailored to our needs!
At first, we were a bit overwhelmed by the online solution (planning, measuring, etc.) on such short notice. But everything turned out really well!

The very high standard was already evident during our initial discussions and meetings. The attention to detail—including measurements, analysis, presenting solutions, and addressing our needs—was excellent. In the end, the solutions featuring shadow simulation and the overall quality won us over.

In terms of consulting, ordering, and delivery, everything worked perfectly, even though no one from LET was ever physically on site. LET’s request for a down payment BEFORE determining technical feasibility and setting up a SEPA direct debit two years BEFORE the first maintenance visit left a strange aftertaste at first. The pricing is “non-negotiable.” LET relies on modern, computer-assisted marketing and communication.
We hope for—and look forward to—continued excellent service and collaboration should the need arise.
