Emphatic and efficient leadership of employees is possible - and most importantly - it brings results that I didn't think were possible!

The goal of motivating employees was the reason for me to take the step and participate in Verena Leitner's consulting program.
Because there was always a bad mood in the team. And under high pressure the mood was always very irritable.
I am always skeptical when it comes to coaching anyway. They are usually only after the money - that's my basic attitude!
