We chose Mr. Lüling as our estate agent based on personal recommendations. We found him to be a very competent, friendly person. We can highly recommend him. The advertisement was professionally created, the photos can keep up with a professional photographer.
Our property was sold within a very short time.

We purchased a house brokered by Mr. Lüling and found him to be competent, friendly, honest and a professional estate agent. The transaction and contact went smoothly. We would purchase a property brokered by Mr. Lüling again at any time.
To summarize: One of the few estate agents who does NOT live up to the rather poor reputation of the industry.

If anyone stands out from the crowd of profit-oriented brokers, it is Mr. Lüling!

My husband and I had been looking for a suitable house for some time and often felt like just any number of interested parties.

Not so with Mr. Lüling!

From the very first contact, the consultation was personal and trusting. We quickly realized that we had found the right person here. He supported and advised us on our house purchase right to the end.

What's more, he brought together good-hearted people who want to get the best out of their houses, not profit, and will soon be invited to our barbecue :-) You only meet a real estate agent like this once!

Mr. Lüling looked after us competently in every aspect of the sale of our family home. We were relieved because he gave us the certainty that the sale was in good hands. He coordinated all matters well with us. His estimates regarding the purchase price, duration of the sale, etc. were accurate. Mr. Lüling is a very friendly, competent estate agent. He also clearly states what is possible and what is not. My family and I really appreciated that. I was very afraid of the whole sale and the whole process, but he guided us through it very confidently.
We were all very surprised by the super quick sale.

We contacted Mr. Lüling because we had a condominium for sale in Emden but live in Hanover ourselves. From the very first telephone contact, we were immediately convinced that we had come to the right place. Apart from having to compile the necessary documents, we had no work or effort at all and achieved our goal very quickly, selling the apartment through Mr. Lüling's dedicated efforts. His work is absolutely professional and reliable.
Mr. Lüling is always friendly and completely trustworthy.
The fees for his excellent service can only be described as absolutely fair.
In conclusion, the only thing left to say is: It's a pity that we don't have another apartment to sell :-)
