I struggled a lot with a feeling of worthlessness and often thought too much about what others thought of me. As a result, I was always looking for external validation and conformed to other people's ideas. This was incredibly stressful in everyday life and often distracted me from important things. As Lukas' approach is a holistic one and is not just limited to "techniques" to "get women", I decided to go for his coaching. Overall, I hoped to work profitably with myself and, of course, with women at the same time. I wanted to detach myself more from what others, especially women, think of me. The coaching showed me that I can achieve exactly that with enough perseverance, mindfulness and positive thinking. Side effects of the coaching have had a positive impact on my interpersonal relationships, fear of challenge, mindfulness and self-worth. I would generally recommend coaching to men who have problems approaching women, even if they have been in a long-term relationship.
