Overall, I can unreservedly recommend Markus Götz as a hypnosis coach. His sessions have enriched my life in many ways and I am grateful for his support and expertise.

After many years of caring for my husband, who had Alzheimer's disease, and accompanying him for the last year in the nursing home on the special care ward, I was in a very bad way. I was given an anti-depressant by my GP and a social worker who visited me regularly. He also brought me a list of psychotherapists in the area. But after taking a closer look, it didn't feel right for me. Then I came across Markus on the Internet, took part in his free introductory course and after that I was sure that a hypnosis course like this could help me. I started with "Finally Free" according to his instructions. This course brought me out of my depression and thoughts of suicide.
I felt much better in a short time. Then my husband died in a nursing home, it was a relief for him. But I fell into a dark hole again, as I was now all alone after 52 years. I started the trances all over again. Today I am relatively stable again. As soon as I feel the depression coming back, I do the trances again because I know it helps me.
I can only recommend them. No other therapy has such an effect and Markus is always ready to help you personally by email or to answer questions in the closed Facebook group. Thank you Markus for that.

So far I have only benefited from the newsletter and can only confirm very positive tips and suggestions.

Course "To be free" " : very good help for short-term relaxation, but no effective cure for my complaints, which are:
autoimmune diseases and anxiety-avoidant, self-confident personality disorder in the context of F61

I had a post-traumatic event 4 years ago, which put a lot of psychological strain on me. Through a FB friend, I came across Markus Götz's online course "Finally Free" after I had already tried a few other things.
Even after the first trance I noticed a positive effect on my psyche, which quickly improved further. Today, almost 2 years later, I feel just as good mentally as I did before the event in question.
In any case, I am very grateful for this help and can only highly recommend it.

I originally downloaded an online course for my daughter because I wanted to help her with her panic attacks. Conclusion: I got stuck :-) and have been looking forward to every newsletter from you for months. Very quick answers if you have an access problem because you have forgotten your access data ;-) :-) In principle, working with Markus Götz is a barometer for my self-worth - am I worth the time to work on myself - for myself!
