Since I have been using the coaching regularly, as an educator, owner and manager of a kindergarten, I have a more calm and clear approach to the daily problems of everyday life to deal with the challenges of the pandemic and the war. I am on a wonderful journey to myself through Mr. Goebel. He listens carefully, offers breathing techniques, has a good sense to address my issues, asks good questions and activates my self-healing powers. I can easily integrate and apply Mr. Goebel's techniques in my everyday life. Everyone should find it worthwhile to take advantage of the coaching. I can recommend Mr. Göbel 100%, because he accompanies me wonderfully.

I liked very much that Martin Goebel does not try to stay on the purely factual level - which is also "served" very well - but "dares" to look for e.g. artistic approaches with the client or to "enter" into biographical and/or ideological aspects.

The approach of body therapy has brought me personally much further than my previous experiences with behavioral therapy and psychoanalytical approaches.
