I attended my first Prana courses in 2002 and 2003. Since then I know that Prana healing offers very special, simple and yet amazingly effective methods and techniques. I repeated the Energetic Self Protection course this year as a refresher. I think that everyone should understand these methods and techniques and then use them - for their own good and for the good of those around them. EB

I was convinced after the first 10 minutes. Not because I am gullible, but because the guidelines of the healing method were clearly communicated here. It was made clear that it is not intended to replace allopathic, homeopathic or any other medicine! No other healing method should be disparaged. It is requested that you have your complaints clarified by a doctor in advance. And that as a user of this healing method you never interfere in the treatment of others. This healing method is not "sold" as a panacea, as is the case with some other methods, but it is pointed out that it should only be used as a supplement. These values convinced me... and that was just the beginning.

The Prana healing method was presented in a very clearly structured way. First a section was explained, then shown, then you were allowed to practise yourself. Always with trained prana teachers at your side who looked very closely to see whether the exercises were being carried out correctly. Very close to people, helpful, with lots of good tips. And within a short time, I had a great sense of achievement. (Which I honestly doubted myself, because it can't be that easy to feel results).

It is also made clear - during the course of the seminar - that if you want to continue on the path of prana healing for yourself... this should go hand in hand with character building and adherence to virtues.

I am very grateful to Master Sai Cholleti and his team for this experience. It is easy to see how much I enjoyed this seminar.

Master Sai Cholletti is a blessing for everyone who has the good fortune to meet him.

With so many people attending the seminar, I would recommend a larger training and practice room. I would also include the accompanying book for each participant. Given the price of the seminar, this must be possible. It is also a small token of appreciation for the participants.
