Particularly nice and sympathetic, useful information about the area, the emergency call also worked well.
One drawback: We would have liked to have had operating instructions for the dishwasher, washing machine (we couldn't use them)... had.

We had another wonderful and relaxing vacation this year. Everything was perfect, from start to finish 🥰. We felt very comfortable in our house. As in previous years, our vacation wishes were once again implemented perfectly and quickly. But despite all the professionalism, we are always impressed by the friendly and informal atmosphere we encounter here. When you call, you don't spend ages on hold and if the line is busy, you are called back within a very short time - personally and not by an AI. A small, fine team of "real" people work here who are very familiar with the subject of "Denmark" and therefore also offer top advice. This great and trusting atmosphere is what we appreciate so much about "meer und hus" and what it takes for a beautiful and successful vacation. We also always like to take the "welcome envelope for Denmark" with lots of information and vouchers just before the start of our vacation. That's why Patricia's "meer und hus" team will continue to be our number one choice for our Danish vacation. 🇩🇰❤️🇩🇰 The vacation for 2026 has already been booked again with "meer und hus".

She was able to tell me a lot about the places on the North Sea and Baltic Sea and it was then easy for me to make a decision for our vacation. There was a problem with the house that the agency tried to respond to: if we used more than one plate of the stove, the fuse broke 2 x someone was there, but the problem was not solved. It should definitely be fixed for the future. In the end we only cooked with one hob, which was a pain.
