We are very glad that we decided to go for coaching.
We have been well read and tried a lot of things, but all that was not right for us.
Milena quickly surveyed our situation and gave us the appropriate tips. Very quickly we already got the result we wanted. We didn't have to change much at all. The individual advice just made it.
In the event of minor setbacks such as relapses or illnesses, we could contact Milena or the team at any time and we always received suitable tips.
It's really great that the support goes on for such a long time and that you can still watch the videos for a long time. This way, we feel completely strengthened again in the event of minor setbacks.

The coaches are super nice and take a lot of time for the consultation and individually address their own situation. They are great trained and have a wealth of experience. Without the sleep coaching, we would never have reached our goal. The money was super invested and the whole family has sustainable something from it.

We decided in June for my baby sleep coaching, because our daughter (2 years) old always found during the day only in the stroller and in the evening only with hours of sleep accompaniment to sleep. At night we were regularly plagued by long periods of wakefulness (up to 2 hours at a time). We also wanted to change the fact that she still needed a bottle regularly. We thought: quite a lot at once. In fact, we were so well accompanied in the coaching that we were able to tackle all the issues step by step and managed to solve them at our own pace. Whoever thinks that sleep coaching is always connected with "letting scream" is absolutely misinformed. In sleep coaching, the needs of the child and their parents are always in the foreground. We wanted to take a particularly gentle approach and, together with the coaches, picked out the methods that felt good to us. Thank you.

We were challenged mainly by daytime naps before coaching. My daughter cried bitterly every time she went to sleep and also every time she woke up. Carrying, stroller, breastfeeding...nothing really helped. She was always tired and I was totally overwhelmed with the situation. In coaching, we learned what matters during the day, how to manage to find the right time and read the signs of tiredness. Together we designed a sleep situation that now fits our family really well. Without the coaching at mein baby schlafcoaching I would never have made it. I always thought I already knew everything because I had already read so much. But it was only with the support of the coaching that I was able to implement the individual points. Through the regular exchange (several times a week), I was accompanied so closely that I was able to shed my insecurities more and more. I am simply relieved that our everyday life has now become so much nicer and my daughter gets the sleep she needs. I would do it again and again.

We are just grateful for the loving cooperation. 4 weeks ago our daughter (15 months) woke up crying 6 times a night and only found her way back to sleep by moving in her arms. During the day we had our spring cradle in constant use and even there she did not always find good rest. In the meantime, our sleeping situation has relaxed so much that our daughter falls asleep peacefully with us in the family bed and also sleeps through the night there. If she ever wakes up, I can calm her down lying down with closeness and we all sleep much, much better. There is no comparison to what we experienced the first 14 months. There were always different approaches in the coaching and we could decide what fits best for us. We recommend Miriam and her team 100%. Thank you for everything.

The sleep coaching was the best thing we could do. Our son (then 6 months) was suddenly awake every 1-2 hours at night and only found his way back to sleep with a lot of help. Together with the coaches, we broke up the situation piece by piece, solved sleep associations and never lost sight of the needs of us as a family.
Today, the little man sleeps through the nights in his own bed and we are more than happy about this great change!

I did my training as a baby and toddler sleep coach this year and I have to say it was a great decision. It was more than just a training course. Professionals on the subject of marketing, homepage, taxes were also involved. Juliane took us along enthusiastically from the beginning. Great!

I completed the 2023 Certified Sleep Coach training at My Baby Sleep Coaching. I felt very well taken care of in the training. There were no unanswered questions. The training was an absolute pleasure and by recording the training days, there was also no pressure when something unforeseen came up. I would take the training at My Baby Sleep Coaching again at any time. Many thanks to the whole team.

I completed my training with Miriam Ende from the end of January to mid-March 2023 and can only say that it is soooo worth it. During the training to become a baby and toddler sleep coach, you not only get everything you need professionally to get started right away, but also a lot of input on the topic of mindset, marketing and building up your own business. I grew professionally and personally during this time and am very grateful to Miriam. The training days were super structured and Miriam charmingly pushed the group and brought them into action. At the end you have a detailed roadmap that gives you the confidence to work successfully as a coach and to accompany all families to their goal.

As soon as the sales talk is over, that's it for the individual consultation. The sleep protocol was not even discussed in the group call, let alone viewed together. What that was good for is beyond me. Miriam herself is of course never seen, the sleep consultants are nice, but they all always have the same idea and approach. Since they always change, they don't know the problem and you always start over again. Counselors in training have to practice, that's clear. But then please the one group that did not pay 600 euros. All in all, really very sobering, my child still does not sleep and the info from the videos would have brought me just as far as the supposed counseling sessions via video. This is definitely not worth the money, unless you have an absolute standard problem. But there are cheaper and still more individual consultations.

I did my training as a sleep coach and was always well advised from the registration process to graduation. You could approach the girls with any questions. I am happy about the decision and will miss all the girls

I did the training to become a baby sleep coach, with Juliane as the instructor. The training was really great. I looked forward to every single appointment, because I had so much fun learning the things. The structure of the training is perfect and with the accompanying family you also have the practical experience directly, so I feel well prepared for my own coaching in the future.
I also like the fact that the training takes place in a group with other girls. We were a well-harmonized, mixed group and the questions from the other girls sometimes brought up topics that I hadn't even thought of beforehand.
I have not regretted the training for a second and can recommend it at any time with the utmost conviction!

I have just completed my training as a baby and toddler sleep coach according to Miriam Ende. The name "intensive training" could not have been more aptly chosen. An insanely educational training, in combination with Miriam as an instructor - this was not only an educational but also a life experience for me. You learn everything about methodology and strategies to be able to completely and safely embark on your own journey as a sleep coach. The framework was also ideal for me, online learning, and the workbook provided made it possible for me to balance family and career(s). All in all, I am very happy to have taken this path and thank you for this opportunity.

Yes, where do you start. So the word intensive training I had probably overlooked 😂 It was so hard 6 weeks, but I think the most productive in my life.

When Miriam said that you go out of this training as a different person, I was skeptical. However, the coaching tools have changed my whole way of thinking and expressing myself.

After the 1st day of practice I just thought, I will probably never learn to work structured. (This has always been my weakness, I like to do 10 things at the same time but only half of them). I was so haphazard and I had made up my mind to change that on the 2nd practice day for the coaching talk. I have worked through Miriam so hard on myself as never before and will continue to do so.



I am grateful to you, for every kick in the ass, for every tip. Actually for this entire time. The training has not only helped me professionally, but also as a person.
