We were able to make the perfect choice for us with Mr. Jan Manthei. We contacted Mr. Manthei about 4 years before our final purchase. Since then, he has accompanied us through countless purchase negotiations, tirelessly, always friendly and courteous and always without building up pressure. Knowing that he always did this with the hope of a sale, it is all the more important to emphasize that he stood by our side over this long period without any signs of letting up. He always did this with a professional hand, shared his experience, gave valuable tips and also recommended useful services such as calling in building experts. Mr. Manthei even gave in to our admittedly difficult-to-understand request to obtain a comparative loan offer from a house bank shortly before closing (which we could not keep up with). During the purchase process, Mr. Manthei was also a reliable all-round joker who perfectly balanced the exchange with the notary, estate agent and banks and provided us with enormous support in terms of precise communication.
In short, a good person, an expert in his field and an experienced partner whom we would recommend to anyone who decides to buy a property.

Although there were lots of difficulties in our case, he was always available and did his best to solve the problems and push all the barriers away. He never gave up and always came up with alternative solutions. We had all his support that was needed and even beyond. Without his support, it would not be possible for us to buy our dream house!
