The installation at our place took the technician a bit more time, but you never had the impression that he was uncomfortable...on the contrary, he was very friendly and helpful even with other questions.
The door's workmanship (gap dimensions) is not optimal. The construction looks cheap. The visible red-black cable reinforces the impression. The implanted RFID chip does not work. The product is definitely not yet mature!
Since the installation, the patio door cracks when opening and closing and now the handle can no longer be turned to the vertical. Due to the installation, the wing has probably become too heavy and has warped.

Die Katzenklappe wurde schnell und gut eingebaut. Die Katze hat allerdings 3 Monate gebraucht, bis sie sich getraut hat durch die elektrische Katzenklappe durchzuschlüpfen. Danach hat sie keine Angst mehr gehabt und benutzt es wie ihre eigene Haustür. Top !
Communication great, installation fast and good... only 1 drawback: silicone color does not match. Only one small downer. Our cat (16 years) has accepted his new front door with opening and closing times well after in-depth cat flap training. We are very satisfied. Thank you.

Termin vor ort zur besichtigung fand nicht statt, auch wurde der termin zur montage der katzenklappe nicht eingehalten. Daher war ein zweiter termin erforderlich. Originalteil wurde versehentlich mitgenommen; wurde wieder zurückgeliefert. Qualität und preis-leistung ansonsten top.
Super advice! Despite difficult conditions, a very nice and comfortable solution was found. The cats immediately accepted the flap and are now happy about unrestricted free access.
