I thought the talk and the opportunity to exchange ideas was great, if it is already difficult for sufferers to get help, it is even worse for relatives. We have no contact points or few options. Because my husband was in a day clinic, I have access to a relatives' group, but this meets once a month for 1 hour. With sometimes 12 people in the evening, you hardly get to exchange what's on your mind. That's why this talk and the exchange afterwards was very interesting, and I would take part again if possible. I would very much like the stigma to finally end and for the disease to be more accepted by the public! I myself have completed an MHFA course to raise awareness in my company and to deal better with my husband's illness myself. Please keep up the good work!!!!
