Michael was very competent, put together various offers for pet health insurance tailored to our needs and also talked to us about other insurance policies and their advantages and disadvantages. They responded to my request not to call, which I thought was great. After all, you are usually bombarded with phone calls after a brief written contact.
I was given suitable suggestions according to my wishes. My questions, even if I asked the same ones umpteen times, were always answered kindly and promptly. There was also no pressure, as is usually the case.
Unfortunately, there was a small mistake when I connected, the wrong things and options were taken out. However, this was changed immediately after I mentioned it. Now it is as it should be. I hope it continues to work so well, the insurance is still very new, I can't say any more about it yet.

I can recommend Michael Strauss with a clear conscience. I took out pet health insurance for my little Maltese mix through him with Hanse Merkur Versicherung. I was informed very well and in detail about the insurance, personally on the phone and the offer also came quickly by email.
The contact was really very pleasant, they only listened to my wishes regarding the insurance and the needs of my dog. No unpleasant sales pitches to buy other insurance policies.
