What I appreciate is how Ray looks at almost everything neutrally.
We often try to link things or explain things based on our experiences.
Ray says "always" can be, doesn't have to be, you have to check. This gives you the freedom to explore and never be biased. When working with people, very rarely is X=Y and Ray once again pointed out not to make assumptions.

I found the large proportion of practical experience very valuable. I appreciated the trainers' competence. The individually designed exercises and the manual were very helpful, just as the online platform is well structured and supportive.
With regard to the whole meltal coach teaching program, I would have liked more transparency in the work and tasks that we have to do outside of the lessons.

We don't quite understand what you mean by transparency regarding the tasks. We point out in the brochure and in the introductory interview that there are 4-7 hours of self-study or group learning activities during the modules.

The RMP seminar inspired me and had a lasting impact on my personal and professional growth. Creating my own profile and finding out my results in the 16 life motives was exciting. The illustration of the RMP profile shows the absolutely value-free characteristics of a person and no evaluation or criticism. This insight brings a healthy balance to one's own self-image and self-worth and promotes understanding of others. An ideal basis for the coaching process, development and change.
And when someone asks me today who I am, I have much more to tell them than just my name, age and place of residence - no conversation stalls anymore, because 16 motifs provide material for exciting, funny but also profound conversations!

Feedback on the Coaching Skills module:
- I found the exchange and discussions with the other participants in the module exciting.
- I thought the online sessions, which could also be watched afterwards, were a good idea.
- I found the analysis of demo coaching sessions based on the ICF competencies very valuable.
- I found analyzing "bad" coaching sessions interesting 😊
- the module was too long for me (5 months). I would have preferred a shorter but more intensive training period.
- I missed the offline coaching sessions, which is why I organized a learning group that practiced together several times in Zurich.
- I found the conclusion of the module with the mentor coaching questionable. In 30 minutes, all ICF competencies should be shown, only recorded on an audio file. Difficult. Then I was advised to discuss the coaching conversation in advance - I find that very unprofessional. What was interesting was the different types of feedback from Ray and Sandra.

It is good to hear that you enjoyed the exchange and discussions with other participants and the possibility to watch online sessions afterwards. Analyzing demo coaching sessions using the ICF competencies is an important part of our training. We are pleased that this was also useful to you.

We would like to make it clear that we do not look at "bad" coaching sessions in our module, but those that do not fully meet the ICF criteria. This serves to develop a deeper understanding of the ICF competencies.

We understand that the duration of the module at 5 months was too long for you. Our aim is to provide enough time for most participants to find the competencies valuable and acquire them. Self-competence to acquire skills and feedback from mentors are central pillars of our philosophy.

Great that you have organized yourself so well to practice with a learning group in Zurich. This is the kind of initiative and self-organization that we can expect from participants in adult education.

We take your feedback on the mentor coaching at the end of the module seriously. We are aware of the challenge of demonstrating all ICF competencies in a 30-minute audio file.

Please note: Longer coaching sessions do not make this easier, but more difficult, as the competencies have to be demonstrated over a longer period of time.

The recommendation to discuss the coaching conversation in advance is aimed at increasing the quality and efficiency of the coaching. Even if we understand that you perceived this as unprofessional, it is not.

The different feedback from the mentors is intentional and important to encourage a broad perspective and deeper reflection.

However, many coaches find the path of self-development and learning through reflecting on their own coaching very valuable. We are sorry that we were not able to convey this.

We hope that despite the challenges, you were able to take away valuable insights and skills for your further development as a coach.

The voice coaching module was extremely enriching for me in a short space of time. It showed me that body, mind, perception and inner attitude are all connected to the voice. I also learned that the voice can be positively changed through specific exercises. We were given specific exercises and explanations.
We were also given useful course materials and exercises that we can continue to do after the course. I was amazed at the visible changes in my voice in a short space of time.
I really appreciated the course with Zita Zimmermann.
