I liked the personal consultation and the possibility to exchange experiences with Ilka the most. To look at the disease holistically with a person who deals extensively with MS issues is something that can be done by conventional medicine only in the rarest cases in this way. I am looking forward to the next steps!

Ilke's authenticity and years of experience have made practicing an anti-inflammatory lifestyle much easier for me.

It's actually not hard to feel healthier and fitter and thus make it harder for multiple sclerosis.
For example, I have rediscovered therapeutic fasting and ketosis for myself.

I know Ilke from YouTube. I changed my diet to ketogenic because of her advice. I also have MS. After only two months I was rid of all MS symptoms and am currently in recovery. For me it is certain: MS is curable. Thank you Ilke! :-) You have a clue and know what you are talking about. If one listens to you, one is in very good hands with his MS disease and will get well again. You can't say that about conventional medicine.
