I thought long and hard about taking part. It sounds crazy at first to save my relationship by working on myself and going through an online program alone. But for anyone who has already taken the step of googling "saving a relationship", I can only recommend going one step further and giving Momentum a try. I haven't regretted it and I hope that Niklas and his team can save many more relationships.

This course has helped me to change my life. I felt very picked up by the wisdom of Mr. Löwenstein. He does it very skillfully and doesn't impose anything on you, but offers. I therefore think that this course can be of great benefit to many people who are looking for a solution to their marital problems. Of course you have to take the steps yourself, but you also need the right understanding of the actual problem and your own situation. This course therefore serves me as a wonderful compass for a fulfilled marriage. The changes are already becoming apparent on a daily basis in a positive and fruitful way. Of course, the same applies here: As much as you give, that's how much you get.

My partner and I hit rock bottom in February this year and were (once again) on the verge of breaking up. We have been in a long-distance relationship for 10 years and live a good 200 kilometers apart. We have three children from a previous relationship, my two children are already in their twenties, my partner's son is 15 years old and lives with him and his ex-partner on a shared basis. It's not easy to maintain a loving and sustainable relationship over such a distance, plus my partner has a very difficult and conflict-ridden relationship with his ex-partner, years of court battles over their son (the usual, unfortunately). As I said, we had reached an absolute low point and had broken up in a bad argument. By a lucky coincidence, I discovered Niklas Löwenstein's website that very night and immediately signed up for the Momentum program. Niklas' positive, clear and forceful way of speaking convinced me immediately.
So what happened in those 9 weeks? Everything, really everything, has changed for the better between me and my beloved partner! We are on "cloud nine", sometimes I can still hardly believe our happiness! Our relationship is not "as beautiful as it was at the beginning", a completely new, loving relationship has grown that never existed before!
Niklas' words enabled me to reflect honestly on myself without judging myself or my partner and I have gained some absolutely profound insights as a result. It is important for me to say that my partner has no idea that I took part in the Momentum program.
Through the guidance of Niklas and the wonderful Iris, I have gained the all-important realization that I alone can be the change I want to see! I am convinced that the fact that I ALONE started to bring about changes in my behavior made this wonderful new beginning in our love possible in the first place. Because there were no expectations between us, such as: "YOU have to start, YOU have to change, YOU have to do something, etc".
You have to go your own way - and in Niklas and Iris you have the best companions you could wish for!

I was rather skeptical at first whether it would work online. I can recommend the program, it has helped me a lot and I was surprised that our problems are so widespread and that a lot of things were exactly the same. It made me rethink things and I'm glad I decided to do it.

I can say that Niklas Löwenstein's course was absolutely worthwhile. There were many "aha" moments during the course that deepened my understanding of my relationship. I had Iris as my contact person and I really have to thank her. I very often included my wife in the answers and she was not afraid to include her in her answers. I also received support from Iris on the difficult subject of parents-in-law. Even though the program was only partially successful for us, I learned a lot about myself and reflected on myself a lot (and that as an almost finished systemic coach ;) ). I can only recommend the program to anyone who doesn't want to go straight to a real coach. Everything is very well structured and builds on each other.

There are simple things that anyone can do. The hug, for example, I would never have thought of that and it helped a lot. I was also very skeptical, but the program has helped me a lot and I react very differently to certain situations. I wouldn't have thought that an online program would be so helpful. But the focus on yourself, on what you can change and reflect on yourself... that's the key. By making small but very important adjustments to the way I see things, the way I treat my wife, the way I treat myself, our relationship improved a lot during the weeks of the program. We were on the verge of separating. You should actually do the program while the relationship is still going well so that you don't get caught up in the downward spiral in the first place. I learned a lot and am now grateful for the program.

I ordered the Momentum program and the Parent-Couple Dilemma and have been working intensively with it and I have to say that it is absolutely recommendable!!!!
I was and still am thrilled with everything I learned here and understood afterwards.
It felt like our relationship was exposed to what was described in every point/chapter, except that I didn't know how best to deal with it at the time.
The sad thing is that I think I could have saved our relationship or taken it to a new level if I had done the program much earlier.
As I said, it was unfortunately far too late, but I can recommend it to anyone who is still in a relationship, whether unhappy or happy.

They don't promise too much. The Momentum program has really helped me to take my marriage to a whole new level. Our interaction with each other has become much more loving and there are nowhere near as many arguments as there used to be. And if it does, it doesn't escalate as much and the dust has quickly settled.
I did the program on my own. My wife didn't really notice anything, apart from my change in behavior, which was followed by changes on her part.

I can recommend the Momentum program to anyone who wants to work on their relationship. It is well worth it.

Niklas Löwenstein's various courses (Decision Support Affair/First Aid Affair and of course the incredible Momentum course) helped us to save our marriage and even feel much closer afterwards. The couples therapist Iris Wegmann, who is part of the Momentum course, always gave us great advice during the course and supported us in implementing the course, is one of the main reasons why the Momentum course is offered far too cheaply. You should think about what an hour with a couples therapist costs and convert that to the duration of the course.

Hi there, I came across Niklas' program due to my personal situation. It has opened my eyes to many things. Especially when you are no longer just husband and wife but parents. Yes, there is a new everyday life...but you can't take everything for granted, because if you take everything you have for granted, the fire of love goes out very quickly and you can lose everything, because out of frustration you make mistakes that you bitterly regret afterwards because you lose the person you love with all your heart.

Automated course with daily emails and tasks that are uploaded to a database -> Does anyone read this? In any case, I didn't get any feedback on the assignments and couldn't do anything with this "one-way street" of information flow. I canceled after a week, demotivated, and the money was returned without any problems.

The Momentum program saved my relationship.
I was very skeptical at first and wouldn't have thought that you could change so much in such a short time. Especially that you can change so much in a relationship on your own. The course shows you the way, but of course you have to implement things yourself. There are simple things you can do to achieve big positive changes quickly. I would sign up again and again and with my current level of knowledge I wouldn't hesitate for so long. My relationship has become much more harmonious & loving in just a few weeks. We now only argue very rarely and make more time for each other again. This not only makes for a much brighter future for my wife and I, but of course also for our daughter.
