We can only report positive things about Nordhaus. We felt comfortable with Nordhaus right from the start. This already began in the planning phase in the show house world in Wuppertal. While other supposedly "good" providers such as Weberhaus or similar had fobbed us off, since we did not have a property at that time, our consultant Andreas Bruns took us in professionally but also empathetically. He accompanied us through all the questions and difficulties that we initially had to deal with. He also supported us in all questions concerning the purchase of the land and helped us to obtain the necessary permits and the like. Many thanks and high praise for that! He also always gave us courage that we will achieve the goal of our own home. It is important to mention that we were not abandoned after signing the contract and continued to have full support from him.

The further processes over the planning to finally up to the completion ran off without problems. Questions were answered promptly and wishes were taken into account.

If we wanted to build again, we would do it again with Nordhaus.

This is how a builder who is not a specialist imagines building a house (which is usually only done once).
From the beginning to the end an absolutely professional work in all areas.

very negative: The architect was the only one who did not convince us in any way with regard to performance, communication and adherence to deadlines.

The cooperation with Mr. Cürten is sensational! Very reliable, explained and supported! The cooperation with Mrs. Zehren was also very good.
The only stumbling blocks we had: Mr. Hartig was very eager, but did not always attentive to work and promised things that we could not implement at the end (and he already knew that). The sampling phase with Mr. Köhler could also have gone better. Changes in the sampling documents were cumbersome and not always complete, requiring frequent "back and forth" phone calls.
But the bottom line is that we are really very pleased and happy that our home is a Nordhaus. Thank you so much!

My wife and I are very satisfied overall with the service provided by Nordhaus as well as with the actual building object (detached single-family house). We had to make some concessions in our feedback for the planning phase, which was extraordinarily short in the form of the sampling (this is in the nature of things). Also, some of the changes we requested were initially rejected as unfeasible, and we asked other suppliers for information. Afterwards, the changes could be implemented after all. In some trades, the craftsmen worked a bit "too fast" (e.g. the ventilation pipe was not firmly attached with masking tape --> only noticed during our first cleaning of the filters). However, since all our "problems" during the construction phase are already mentioned, we are extremely satisfied with the performance and quality of Nordhaus, and would also use the company Nordhaus as a contractual partner another time.
For these reasons, we have already - and will continue to - recommend Nordhaus Fertigbau GmbH. We would especially like to thank Mr. Hartig, Mr. Schneider and Mr. Buxmaier for their availability and professional advice at all times (and also for the patience that their colleagues showed us as stressed builders).

We have decided after long and intensive comparisons (about 20 companies compared - also by external companies) for a Nordhaus. Already the consultation with Mr. Blum was very good, polite, courteous and qualified. Statements made were kept and one could rely on agreements.

I was/am a very meticulous customer, with many extra wishes - which, however, was no problem for the entire staff from beginning to end. All questions, calculations, plans, etc. were processed and adjusted until we as builders were 110% satisfied!

What I knew before or witnessed and then finally experienced during my own house construction - is insane. Compared to our neighbors, friends, acquaintances who had built - our construction ran more than smoothly!

The entire process via project manager (Mr. Köhler), site manager (Mr. Cürten), the assembly teams (whether production, straightening team, interior finishing, etc.) was consistently great! Small problems, subsequent extra requests or questions were answered and solved immediately at any time. Even the coordination with external companies that we have commissioned - were coordinated by Nordhaus!
A big compliment to the entire team (from the secretary's office to the management) who worked here with us. They always took enough time for us and we never had a bad feeling at any stage.
Even outstanding remaining work was promptly scheduled and completely executed.

We now live for about 3 months in our dream (north) house and currently I can only report positive.
Qualitatively very high quality and at an unbeatable price!

If I can recommend a house building company, then Nordhaus!

We were absolutely satisfied with the Nordhaus company, especially with the very friendly, helpful and competent people who were responsible for us there as salesmen, construction managers or project managers.
All the specialist companies involved worked very competently, were very friendly and implemented all our concerns and change requests professionally and appropriately.
Only in connection with the construction of the floor slab would we have wished that two more subcontractors had not been involved, because this complicated the necessary organizational arrangements, especially since one of the companies had to be requested to carry out rework, which was then satisfactorily executed.

Every open question was dealt with immediately and answered to our complete satisfaction.

Absolutely competent contact persons: From the first sales talk to the completion of the new building as well as for subsequent improvements, we were always advised and supported professionally and with a lot of social competence. Other suppliers may advertise lower prices. Our conscious decision not to go for the cheapest competitor has paid off to date. We thank Nordhaus for our dream house!

From the beginning we felt in good hands with Nordhaus because we were very well advised. The planning with Nordhaus was done very competently, a lot of time was taken. Every wish was fulfilled without any problems. Impressive was also the schedule, everything was done according to plan. The highlight was the handover of keys for our house, everything was perfect. Even after the completion of the house, if there are any problem(s), they help immediately and without ifs and buts. We can recommend Nordhaus and should we build again we will take Nordhaus again, because Nordhaus has convinced us in all respects that it is the easiest to build with Nordhaus and they were right. Top advice and sales in the prefabricated house exhibition Wuppertal. Mr. H. was a decisive factor for Nordhaus. We are currently in the phase shortly before ready for occupancy and regret as of today in no case Nordhaus to have chosen. Of course, not everything always goes smoothly, but Nordhaus is always eager to help. If this continues for the rest of the construction period, Nordhaus has gained a more than satisfied customer in us. Also, as of today, we would definitely recommend the company.

Building a house with NORDHAUS means very relaxed house building. It is like building light. Light but only in the area of stress for the builder.
