I liked the fact that the training methodology is effectively tailored to everyday problems and is explained in a way that everyone can understand. The training includes role plays in which situations are acted out, with an enormous learning effect through the joint processing of the acted situation

The first training course with Norman was very interesting and exciting. Norman also responded spontaneously to our wishes and adapted the course of the training accordingly.
We discussed many aspects of leadership/management that can also support us well in our day-to-day work and have sensitized us to the various dimensions of leadership.
My colleagues and I are already looking forward to continuing the training series in order to delve even deeper into the topic so that we can better perform our tasks as team leaders.

I started the course with little expectation because I didn't know what to expect.
